• Account Profile Information: When you register on our platform, we collect your name, email address, and avatar image. This authentication is handled securely via Clerk.
• Subscription and Billing Details: If you upgrade to a Premium subscription, all transaction processing is handled directly by Stripe. Leonida Hub does not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe provides us with transaction confirmation tokens, subscription status, and billing IDs.
• User Activity and Saved Content: We store your interactions with our character database, location lists, media timelines, and expert guides. When you bookmark or save guides for offline reading, this mapping is stored in our Sanity CMS database.
• Technical Usage Data: We automatically collect standard information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited. This helps us optimize performance for complex search queries and database calls.

We process your personal information for specific, realistic business purposes:

• To manage and maintain your user account and verify your identity through Clerk.
• To grant you premium access, download files from our Creator Toolkit (such as stream overlays, Lightroom presets, and visual templates), and record priority votes on our feature roadmaps.
• To process payments, manage billing periods, and handle subscription upgrades or cancellations via Stripe integration.
• To dynamically generate content recommendations, track your saved collections, and optimize sitemaps or content delivery speeds using Upstash Redis rate limiting and caching.
• To send you technical notifications, updates about guides, and marketing emails (which you can opt out of at any time).

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and verify requests. We may also utilize analytics tools to track general visitor counts and loading speeds of our dynamic guides. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent authentication and portal features from functioning.

Leonida Hub integrates with external services to provide its core functionalities. These partners have their own privacy policies:

• Clerk: Handles user authentication, security keys, and profile updates.
• Stripe: Processes subscription invoices, payments, and customer portal actions.
• Sanity CMS: Houses our game lore data, characters, location coordinates, and dynamically synchronized user settings.
• Upstash: Provides Redis capability to prevent DDoS attacks and rate limit API endpoints.

We use secure transport layer security (SSL) protocols for all network traffic. We implement secure signature verification checks for both Stripe and Clerk webhooks, ensuring no external party can spoof events or tamper with database states. However, no internet transmission is absolutely secure, and we recommend protecting your login passwords.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. You can update your display name and email directly in the Dashboard Settings, manage password changes through Clerk, or request the total deletion of your profile. Deleting your account will remove your billing profiles and purge your bookmark records from Sanity CMS.
