By accessing or registering with Leonida Hub, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. These terms cover all aspects of the website, including the character databases, location intelligence maps, guide repositories, and dynamic timeline widgets.

To unlock certain features of the platform, including the ability to bookmark guides, download resources, or configure alert notifications, you must register for an account:

• Account Registration: Registration is managed via Clerk. You must provide accurate registration details and maintain the confidentiality of your session tokens and credentials.
• Subscription Plans: Premium features are billed on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or yearly) processed through Stripe. By choosing a plan, you authorize Stripe to charge the specified subscription fees.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal link in the billing dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our billing guidelines.

Leonida Hub provides downloadable creative resources (such as stream overlays, graphic layouts, and Lightroom presets) under specific conditions:

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use these assets for your personal content creation, streaming channels, and online broadcasts.
• You may not resell, repackage, redistribute, or license these assets to third-party marketplaces or sites.
• Attribution to Leonida Hub is highly appreciated but not legally required, unless specified in the download package details.

All gaming intelligence databases, lore profiles, location coordinates, and roadmap content are the intellectual property of Leonida Hub. You agree not to scrape, scrape-harvest, download in bulk, or extract pages using automated script bots or tools. We enforce API rate limits via Upstash Redis to prevent excessive loads, and reserve the right to suspend accounts that bypass these limits.

When utilizing Leonida Hub, you agree not to:

• Engage in denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, upload code carrying viruses, or exploit authentication protocols.
• Share premium toolkit assets or exclusive articles with non-paying users.
• Violate local copyright or trademark laws relative to game publishers or content creators.

Please note the following technical and legal boundaries:

• Content Disclaimer: Gaming leaks, guide recommendations, and hardware benchmark ratings are for informational purposes. They are provided on an (as is) basis. Leonida Hub does not guarantee absolute accuracy or official status of pre-release game rumors.
• Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Leonida Hub or its operational team be liable for damages, database access losses, or financial losses resulting from Stripe transaction errors.
